World Record Bass from Japan is Now Official

It took some time to verify but the wait was worth it. A 22 pound, 4 ounce largemouth bass caught in Japan has been declared a world record, tying the previous legendary record of George Perry at Montgomery Lake. Manabu Kurita is now the dual holder after reeling in the largemouth bass six months ago.
